Mennonite.net was founded in 1998 with a vision for helping Mennonite churches and organizations develop an effective web presence. They provide hundreds of congregations and organizations, among Mennonites and many others, with basic and managed web hosting solutions, content management, e-mail management, and strategic planning for using technology to serve the mission of their churches and organizations.
I arrived on the scene as Mennonite.net was at a crossroads in their technological journey. For over a decade, they had been developing a CMS system, but had come to the conclusion that it was no longer a viable solution for many of their customers. As they began to contemplate a new chapter, it was an opportune time to rebrand. The old logo did feel dated and needed to be simplified. Using many of the same elements, I presented them with a cleaner, more elegant identity.
